Our #1 most popular activity. Experience making your own pizzas in the blistering heat of a wood-fired oven. It'll be all hands on deck to raise the fire, build a base sauce, and stretch and shape the dough. Throw it into our Italian forno and enjoy the freshest pizza ever! ​​

This 1.5hr workshop is designed for casual enthusiasts, to explore the origins and expressions of coffee with our in-house barista. See a live coffee plant growing on the farm; roast up raw coffee beans over a fire; grind them up by hand; and experiment with different brewing techniques. Includes brunch!

During this 1.5 hour session, you'll greet our rescued honeybees up close, and understand why and how honey is made. Taste some unique honeys behind our house meads, and as you make your own, you'll understand the cool science behind fermentation.

Lager? Pilsner? Stout? Ale? Weissbier? If you've got high on all of this but not the lowdown on how they're made or what it's all about... now is the time!

​​You'll taste a flight of craft beers, learn how to tap a draught, and make your own fermenting bottle to take home!

Get started on your gut health journey! We have a lab full of bubbling ferments, from which we will select two available ones for you to learn about and work on. We do kombucha, miso, shoyu, kefir, sauerkraut, kimchi. Take some home too! Duration: 2 hours.

Learn about bar equipment and mixology as you shake, twirl, and ice up 3 classic cocktails! Our bartenders will make this easy to access and lots of fun. All done in the outrageous sandy Nomad's Tent. Great for team-bonding or bachelor/ette sessions.

The big boys and girls love it, but we know the little ones want in on the fun too, so here's Pizza Making Kids-Only Party! This is a condensed version for children up to 12 years old and promises all the fun of our flagship PME, in a new bite-sized format in 2 hours.

Make your own Italian-inspired lunch! Over 3 hours, you'll knead dough to the right texture then roll it through the machine, transforming it into gorgeous hand-made pasta. Think classic egg dough pappardelle or squid ink tagliatelle for Level 1; and Ravioli and Tortellini for the more advanced folks!

This 2 hr workshop is designed for anyone who loves a hands-on food experience. Sg's first and only live chocolate roasting workshop, you'll explore the origins of cacao, roast raw cacao beans and transform them into an edible bar of chocolate to take home!

Remember those colorful, bite-sized snacks you loved as a kid? Get ready to roll up your sleeves and learn how to make them from scratch! This hands-on experience takes you from a rooftop farm to a steaming basket of homemade kueh-kueh.
