Farm-to-Table Ice Cream​

Everyone likes ice cream, but do you know how to make it? Now you can -- Embark on a journey that combines the fascinating world of bees with the delight of honey ice cream!

 

At the start, your host will introduce you to the secret life of bees, as we inspect their hive and honey. Learn about their social structure and how they gather and turn nectar into honey. You'll understand how these industrious insects maintain our planet's biodiversity.

Then go hands-on with our specialised ice cream equipment, transforming honey and cream into a bespoke dessert. Our hosts will guide you through each step, revealing the alchemy that turns honey into frozen perfection.

Whether you're a nature lover or a foodie with a sweet tooth, this workshop promises a blend of education, taste, and camaraderie. You'll leave with not just newfound knowledge, but also a deeper appreciation for bees and the sweet rewards they bring!

Held every Sunday, 2 to 4 p.m. Min 4 pax to start*

 Adult (Rec >13 y.o.): $105

 From Apr '24 onwards, prevailing GST rates will apply.

*You may sign up first even if you do not have 4 pax.

As more pax sign up later on, they will be added to the session. However if we do not reach 4 pax by the day before, you may a) reschedule to another date, b) find more friends to make it 4 pax and everyone gets 10% off, or c) choose to upgrade your booking to a private session.

2 pax: $340 total​

>2 pax: add $95 per additional person
E.g. 4 pax private will cost $340 + $95 + $95 = $530
