Deep dive into the world of beer​

Lager? Pilsner? Stout? Ale? Weissbier? If you've got high on all of this but not the lowdown on how they're made or what it's all about... now is the time!

We have partnered with one of Singapore's leading microbreweries and craft beer pubs, Lion Brewery Co, to offer a deep dive into the world of beer. At this 2h session held at The Sundowner (or House of Melissa for larger groups), you will get to taste a flight of Lion's craft beers. After you learn how to tap a draught beer nicely, your host will help you tease out the differences in their sweetness / dryness, malt, hops, and everything in between.

Just like our crowd favourites Roast Your Own Coffee and Bean to Bar Chocolate workshops, this is a very hands-on experience: You'll get to brew your own beer from a homebrew kit, all while learning the art and science behind making a well-balanced concoction. You will leave with a deeper appreciation of this universally enjoyed fermented elixir... and maybe a little buzzy ( : ​​

Part 2

After this experience, why not try an even deeper exploration of beer with a special tour of Lion Brewery Co’s microbrewery and taproom at 36 Club Street. Price: $65.40 per head, 5 pax to start (10% of RRP)

We can also run our 2h BYOB Experience at Lion Brewery Co in their private workshop space (30 pax), and after that you can opt in for their 1h brewery tour to go behind the scenes of a live microbrewery!
